Assessment: Reflective journal
Introduction:
For this assessment, you will submit entries from your reflective journal. There is significant evidence that reflective activities like this one will help you to better perform new skills, including cognitive skills. Furthermore, skills in reflection are beneficial in the workplace for continual improvement and incident analysis.
By completing this assessment, you will develop and demonstrate your ability to:
- Describe the role and function of law and policy in cybersecurity as it relates to individuals, organisations and society
- Analyse the legal and policy dimensions of cybersecurity in organisations
- Assess cyberlaw and/or policy implications of cybersecurity challenges by analysing relevant factual, legal and policy issues
- Describe the intersection between cybersecurity and geopolitics in the context of international law
- Identify, discuss and critically reflect on privacy principles in the context of individuals, organisations and society
- Describe the role of law enforcement in mitigating the risk of cyber-crime
Instructions:
1. Each week, participate in the pre-lecture discussion, the lecture, and the tutorial discussion.
2. Following each week's activities, reflect on how your thinking has progressed using your reflective journal.
Each entry should be around 300-350 words.
