You hypothesized that zombies are the result of a differential level of expression of an unknown protein in the brain. Describe how you would go about:

Determining if there was a different level of a protein found in zombie brains.

Once identified, describe how you would generate sequence information about the unknown protein.

After identifying the protein you trace its source to a contagious virus spread through aerosols which is rapidly spreading through the world. As part of an international effort to halt the spread of the virus you have been tasked to recommend a vaccine strategy. Specifically you have been asked to:

a. Produce a vaccine for immediate use (can be developed in months, focus on speed).
b. Produce and a longer term vaccine (you have years to develop, focus on efficacy).

For each requirement describe which type of vaccine would you use to meet the unique requirements, and why. Describe the process you would use to produce your vaccine of choice.
