Assignment: Review your "Professional Development In-Service Proposal" (see attached) to inform this assignment.
Using the "Professional Development In-Service Proposal," design an evaluation tool to administer to the teachers who attend the professional development in-service that will measure their perceptions of the effectiveness of the professional development in-service session.
Additionally, design an evaluation tool to administer to administrators that will measure the effectiveness of the professional development in-service session from an administrator's perspective.
Both evaluation tools must be accessible to all parties in-person and in digital environments and measure the effectiveness of the professional development in-service session.
In a 500-750 word paper, address the following:
• The importance of evaluation tools.
• An explanation of the differences in the content between the teacher and administrator evaluation tools and a rationale for these differences.
Include 2-4 scholarly resources.
