Conduct an in-depth literature review of your HR topic and pay close attention to best practices. The game plan is to identify a need (i.e., problem, pain point) or opportunity and identify how other organizations are using best practices to handle a similar situation. For example, how are HR departments and companies as a whole managing people working from home after the pandemic. Your sources must be reputable, and they come from internet searches, library articles and personal interviews. Be sure to check the SHRM web site (www.shrm.org). Include a minimum of 5 (five) companies' practices/solutions.

Please make sure to provide at least two options that you may recommend to your chosen organization. Please ensure these are fully supported by research. For example, some company leaders want their employees to physically be in the office, but the employees prefer working remotely.
