Assignment: A I/O Psychologists follow the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct. Yet this Code is written in general terms. It is therefore quite important for you to explore and comprehend how this code is understood specifically by I/O Psychologists and applied to their work within organizations. You will do this through your participation in this unit's Discussion.
