A healthy 22 year-old female presents during the recent polar vortex with sudden onset of cold, blue hands bilaterally. She states that it is not painful, and there is no numbness or tingling. During a history, she has had a similar, brief episode in the past and resolved spontaneously. She says she was walking outdoors briefly but did not believe the cold was extreme enough to cause these symptoms. She says her fingers turned white before becoming blue. You observe cyanosis on all digits of the patient's hands. Her fingers are dusky and blue. She has good sensation and grip strength. You are able to locate all pulse upon palpation. Capillary refill is normal. The observed bluish hue does not extend beyond the wrist. Based on this patient's age, history and presentation, what do you suspect?
