3. Trust is an important element of teamwork. Why might trust be difficult to develop among virtual team members? How could the manager of a virtual team help its members to build trust within their team? Reference concepts from your text.

Hello Student, I took a quick look and two things stood out for me: I didn’t see references to our OB concepts, but rather general observations about how corporate liberation would function differently. I also didn’t hear your voice. Please ensure you are using your thoughts and words. In business writing the clarity of your message and it’s practical application are valued above an academic writing style. I would prefer to see grammar errors than wonder if the words and thoughts are uniquely yours. I told you to use concepts from course book too and provide reference of that one too.
