Organizational charts can vary depending on the size of the school, the organizational structure and the pedagogical approach. Some examples of organizational charts include the hierarchical organizational chart, the functional organizational chart, and the matrix organizational chart.
II. For each type of organizational chart, analyze the roles and responsibilities of the following key positions:
i. Preschool Director
ii. Preschool Teachers
iii. Support Staff and Assistants
iv. Curriculum Coordinator
v. Special Education Specialists (if applicable)
vi. Administrative Staff
III. Describe how responsibilities and authority are distributed in each type of organizational chart and how this can affect decision-making and efficiency in preschool management.
