Gynecological: EXTERNAL EXAM: mild erythema, white clumpy discharge. SPECULUM/INTERNAL EXAM: Cervix: normal appearance, no lesions, no bleeding, white discharge, no cervical movement tenderness. UTERUS: normal size, shape, and consistency, normal mobility, nontender. ADNEXA: no masses or tenderness bilaterally.
