Describe a single project you have worked on or would like to work on that exemplifies one of these values. The project might be a class assignment, a job responsibility, a hobby, or other extracurricular activities. (word limit 250-350).

Guideline:

This essay should focus on what qualities the applicant brings to the program that are related to effective leadership or ability to innovate.

The applicants should discuss only ONE project, and choose ONE quality to focus on, not try to cover both leadership and innovation.

- Also, discuss the positive attributes the applicant can bring to the Informatics academic community

- When talking about a technology related project, the applicant should avoid going too much into the specifics of the technology itself and focus on their specific contributions to the project.
