Question: Rework Problem including the damping and the external moment M.

Problem: a. In Figure, two disks of equal mass m and radius R are joined by spring of stiffness k2 and roll without slipping on a horizontal plane.

b. Disk A is attached to ground by spring k1, and disk B is attached to ground by spring k3 and a viscous damper with damping coefficient

c. Derive the equation of motion, neglecting the damping due to c and the external moment M.
