Using the key concepts from this unit, you are required to demonstrate your understanding of the Bio psychosocial influences on an individual’s health and well-being. Within this essay,you will illustrate this by referring to a client/patient you cared for in placement 1a.

Discuss the meaning of health and well-being from a range of perspectives including relevant biological, psychological and sociological theories.

Outline and explain the ways in which health promotion can contribute to the improved health and well-being of individuals, groups and populations.

Discuss the interaction between physical and psychological health and wellbeing and the impact life experiences may have on both.

This assignment is about choosing a patient who has been in the hospital. the patient I have chosen is a child who is 15 years old with cystic fibrosis and she was born with it.
