Dear Christie Wright:

Humber College and the Humber Student Federation (HSF) are proud supporters of the United Way. Each year, we raise thousands of dollars to support the many charities under the umbrella of the United Way. We also know that in the past Fortinos has participated in fund-raising events for the United Way.

One of our most popular and profitable fund raisers is the annual HSF car wash, being held this year on April 16. We are hoping to make this our most successful car wash ever. We have been actively advertising the event using social media and the Humber newspaper. Some small businesses around the area have also agreed to allow us to advertise the car wash by hanging posters in their places of business. We are hoping that Fortinos will allow us to do the same.

The posters we put in your grocery store window will be professionally designed, will not leave any marks on the windows, and will be removed immediately after the car wash on Saturday. We will ensure that the posters do not interfere in any way with the normal operation of your business.

I would like to come by your store on Tuesday this week to show you a sample of the poster and to discuss with you the idea in more detail. Kindly let me know through the email address below a convenient time for you.
