Can you help me with this question : A 2 year project is being considered by a Company which has 2 IRRs, viz., 10% and 25% and the sum of undiscounted cash flows is positive. We need to find out the cost of capital in order to necessarily have a positive NPV. The possible options given for the same are as follows:
