TNB electric want to create a database with the following entities
- Customer with attributes CustomerID, CName, CAddress(Street, City, State, ZipCode) and CTelephone
- Location with attributes LocationID, Address (Street, City, State, ZipCode) and Type (value of business or residential)
- Rate with attributes RateClass and RatePerk

After further discussion with client, you have come up with the following assumptions:
- Customer can have one or more locations
- Each location can have or more rates, depending on time of day

Draw an ERD for this situation and place minimum and maximum cardinalities on the diagram. State any extra assumption you have made.
