Given the crude extraction from ginger, the crude extraction inhibit well against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans. However, when we separate the crude extraction to find an active compound, they cannot inhibit bacteria anymore? Explain/troubleshoot this problem.
