Introduction

This part of the paper will introduce the readers to the topic of the study. It will link the meaning of the term cross-cross cultural bias to the subject of employee promotion. The introductory part will explore the pertinent elements of the topic so as to establish the rationale for the research questions and objective. Cross-cultural bias is the act of deducing and judging individuals based on the standards of their culture. With regards to the subject of promotion, it implies evaluating or appraising the capabilities of the employees based on the features and principles of their cultures.
Research Objective

The purpose of this research is to establish how cross-cultural bias affects evaluation and promotion of employees in a diversified organization.

These are specific questions that will establish the basis for the investigation. This research will be guided by the following questions

 How does cross-cultural bias affect organizational employee promotion policies?

 What is the impact of cross-cultural bias on organizational performance?

 How can organizations eliminate the problem?

Literature Review

This is the section of the paper that will evaluate the ideas and standpoints taken by different researchers on the research topic. For instance, DeVoe and Iyengar (2004) believe that popular cultures in an organization may rule over the unpopular ones due to the perceived influence. Managers may interpret the performance or commitment of the employees on the level of adherence to the popular culture. On the other hand, Kurt and Ford (1985) assert that specific employee skills such as communication, level of interpersonal interaction, and dressing are elements that emanate from the culture and should be considered during a promotion.
Methodology

This section will contain the research techniques that will help the research collect the relevant data on the topic. The researcher intends to use secondary sources to collect information. In this approach, published reports, journals, government reports, and newspaper articles that contain information on the subject of cross-cultural bias in employee promotion will be considered. The researcher also intends to collect information from other companies that face the problem.

Discussion and Analysis

This is the part that will analyze and discuss the collected data on the research topic. The Researcher will apply an SPSS research tool to analyze the collected data. The discussion segment will explore further the subject with regards to the data.
Conclusions and Recommendations

This is will be the last segment of the paper that will give a summary of the whole research. It will also give appropriate suggestions that organizations can use to eliminate the problem of discrimination based on culture during promotion.
