Assessment Brief

Select an industry/sector of your choice and write a report which includes the following tasks:

Task 1 - Critically discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by that industry/sector during digital transformation. Please provide examples to support your discussion.

Task 2 - Critically discuss traditional leadership models and theories and how they differ from digital leadership models and theories. Support your discussion by using examples from your chosen sector/industry.

Task 3 - Choose an incumbent company from within your sector/industry and critically discuss its current digital strategy and strategic leadership style and approach. How have these affected the company's goals and success as an organisation?

This module is assessed through one graded element. You must achieve at least 50% to pass this module.
Word count: 3500 words.
