ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW

Part A: In groups of three, demonstrate knowledge of data management strategy, data presentation and communication with different stakeholders through ICT scenario-based exercises. (equivalent)

Part B: Critically reflect on your and the group performances of the exercise

Learning Outcome 1: Critically analyse scenarios of ICT use and clearly identify the issues, consequences and alternative views.

This exercise will be completed in three stages during two sessions. Stage I and 2 will be performed in session 4. and stage 3 will be completed in session 5.

Here is a guide as to how much time should be spent on different tasks:

Stage 1 - Session 4 (First 30 minutes):

a Small business, mediator and IT business are introduced and will be told which two IT functions will be implemented by the small business.
b The mediator should outline the purpose and aims of the mediation and how the mediation will be conducted
c The small business should briefly outline its requirements for the two IT applications and the amount it is willing to spend. 12 The IT business should briefly outline the services it is willing to provide and the costs of those.

Stage 2 - Session 4 (Next 60 minutes): The mediation process begins with the aim of reaching a suitable outcome for small business and IT business

Stage 3 - Session 5 (Final 60 minutes): The final terms of agreement should be discussed and finalized using documents provide by the mediator.

By the end of the day (midnight) in Session 4. Me group should submit their mediation Report Template file
