Context
Conducting qualitative research is important in exploring and evaluating problems and issues.
Before we conduct the research using a qualitative data collection technique, we develop a qualitative method plan which is often referred to as the verbal (interview or other) protocols, and documents how we will capture the participants rich textual and nonverbal responses to the data collection and ensure that collection is consistent across all participants and enables researchers to gain insights into participants responses.
