You were advised tokeep notes (for yourself) each week. By referring back to those notesyou will be reminded of how you were feeling and what aspects of this unit you experienced as challenging, and how you coped at that time.

In this final piece of assessment, you are expected to presenta reflection of your personal learning journey. It is essential that your emphasis be on what you experienced, what challenged you personally, how you dealt with that and what you gained from it as you reflect and describe your own personal deeplearningandimpress the reader as to the extent of your authentic engagement throughout the research process.
