Description - Use the same company you selected in Week 1(APPLE) and continuing to assume the role of a new manager. You will work on identifying new strategic objectives that support the operational plans.

Apply what you learned about strategic objectives and external influences to what you learned about the internal environment and developing and protecting intellectual assets to list ideas for new strategic objectives. You will finalize these objectives in a future assignment.

Write 350 to 700 words drafting your strategic objectives and measurable outcomes. Address the items below in your draft.

Create 4 to 6 strategic objectives that focus on operational plans. These are your own ideas; there is no right or wrong answer. Keep in mind you will use these same objectives later in an implementation plan.

Create 2 to 4 measurable outcomes that align to your strategic objectives. Each outcome may have more than one strategic objective aligned. These will aid you in preparing your vision statement later.

Relate how the 5 management functions will support these objectives.
