Component 1:
Becoming a Master Manager - With reference to at Least one Competency from Module 1 and at least one Competency from Module 2, produce a report that clearly articulates the extent to which managers can create and sustain commitment and cohesion whilst establishing and maintaining stability and continuity
Component 2:
With reference to at Least one Competency from Module 3 and at least one Competency from Module 4, produce a report that clearly articulates the extent to which managers can improve productivity and increase profitability by promoting change and encouraging adaptability.
In addition, utilise the ‘Self-Evaluation Matrix' for each of the 4 Modules to inform the ‘Re-examining Your Personal Competencies Matrix'. From this, produce a Personal Development Plan which demonstrates the ‘next steps' on your management development journey to ‘Becoming a Master Manager'
