ASSIGNMENT : Stres Screening Test
Please note that you cannot write into the stress screening test file. Create a spread sheet, write results into your own spread sheet. Post assignment on canvas in a file form.
1. Create a spread sheet so you can write all scores into it. Points will be taken off if you do not follow the instructions. Indicate the symptoms and severity of each symptom of stress you have experienced recently into the spread sheet columns that you created!
2. Write Totals from each column

400 word interpretation of your scores, and how it is reflecting in your daily life.
Give examples in each category. Remember this is about your life, your stress habits and life events.
