Let's assume that the data of Century National Bank customers are random samples from four different cities of Century National Bank customers.

For each city complete the following items. Document you completed each item using an Excel work book.

1. Create a scatter plot to provide a visual representation of the relationship between the two variables - balance and ATM.

2. Calculate the correlation coefficient between the two variables - balance and ATM.

3. Test the hypothesis the correlation between the variables balance and ATM is zero:

4. Find the regression equation that expresses the linear relationship between balance and ATM.

5. Test the hypothesis the slope of the regression equation is less than zero:
H0: β≤ 0
H0: β > 0

6. Summarize your finding for each city in a MS Word document.

7. Submit both your Excel workbook and your Word document.
