2) Based on this research topic please create a problem statement (one page)

3) Based on the problem statement please create a purpose statement (250-300 words)

4) Choose the research approach that best "fits" to the investigation of the above research topic. Explain this approach as well justify your selection by stating why you have choose this approach over the other.

Support your paper with minimum of five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 3 - 4 pages not including title and reference pages.

Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and APA Referencing standard.
