Assessment task: Presentation

For this assessment, you must create a poster presentation and demonstrate your project in a trade-fair style situation. This is it, time to show off your incredible work to the world!

All team members are expected to contribute to the presentation in some way. Please note that the project outcome is a separate assessment task.

Poster
The poster (or posters) should include:
- A brief description of your project and client
o What is the problem your client had?
- A breakdown of your team's roles (including Scrum and non-Scrum roles)
- A description of the technical solution or tools you used to achieve your outcome
o What did you use to build the product? Focus on the outcome not the methodology - Skype and Word don't belong here unless you wrote a Skype or Word plugin.
- Project validation (how do you know your project meets your client's needs?)
- Testimonials or feedback from your client

You should use appropriate diagrams, images, or charts to improve the presentation of information in your poster.
It is acceptable to use two or three posters if you wish, depending on availability of space. Consult with your lecturer or tutor to determine an appropriate display size.

Your posters will also be assessed for: legibility, readability (use of language), organization and layout, use of type and colour.

Presentation / demonstration
Your team needs to be available to demonstrate and discuss your project to visitors, and to discuss your individual contributions if necessary. Self-guided demonstrations require enough support for visitors to understand your project.

All members of the team should be able to discuss the project and client details, and be able to communicate their own role, discuss the challenges they faced as a team, and justify their solutions to a potentially highly- knowledgeable audience.

As this is a professional situation, please ensure you follow an appropriate dress code, and use suitable language and demeanour.
