Problem: Criminal Justice
For this part of the course project, you will identify if the case you are researching has a primary and/or a secondary crime scene. You will compare and contrast the different types of evidence collected at either scene.
Instructions
In this part of the project, you will continue to gather information related to the crime scene management process of the selected case. As this is a cumulative project, you will add to the project document you already started. Follow the instructions below to complete this assignment:
Open your project document.
Make any revisions to the previous sections that have been recommended by your instructor.
I. Create a new section titled Scanning and Seeing the Scene and answer the following questions. This section should be 1 page in length.
II. Did the murder(s) take place in one location (primary) or were they spread out over multiple locations (secondary)?
III. Determine exactly where the primary and/or secondary locations of the scenes were located.
Compare and contrast a primary scene from a secondary scene. Provide examples of how an investigator can tell one from the other.
