You will present this analysis and these recommendations in the format of personal strategic leadership plan that intends to give you guidance over the next 5 years. This plan must clearly outline (1) the leadership and stakeholder management skills you will need for your aspired career, (2) the current leadership and stakeholder management you already possess and (3) the actionable steps you plan to take to bridge the gap between what leadership and stakeholder management skills you need in the future and those you possess right now.

Section 3. Introduction (200 words)
Start with a brief outline of what is to follow. This helps the reader to anticipate the content of the plan and to understand its scope. Section 4. The essential characteristics of a good leader in your aspired career (500 words).
This section is descriptive and should explain what you see as the key characteristics of an excellent leader in your field of business.
