Imagine that you are responsible for determining the right level of supervision for a non-violent offender. They are a divorced parent of two young children. They share custody with their ex and are is responsible for their children on alternating weekends. They are employed full-time in a nearby office park and are primarily responsible for financially supporting their children. They were recently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. They were was arrested one year prior to this for drunk and disorderly conduct, for which they were fined and ordered to perform community service, which they did.

What kind of supervisory arrangement do you think best serves the interests of this offender as well as society as a whole?
