Construct the adder for 2 digit decimal numbers presented in BCD code. 4 bit binary adders and additional logical gates. The BCD adder for each decimal digit can be implemented with two 4 bit binary adders where the second adder performs the conditional +6 correction. Decoding the condition for the +6 correction can be implemented with AND and OR logical gates. Draw the circuit diagram using 4 bit binary adder blocks and logical gates.
