Considering that Skinner was a behaviorist, it is not surprising that he only focuses on the external. I think that general concensus is that human behavior is a mixture of nuture and nature and one will have an influence on the other. Sometimes when it comes to these types of theories it seems the question at hand is, did the chicken come before the egg? Can some develop or demonstrate and extraverted personality if they have experienced trauma? How does one develop thoughts on their own personalty without experience?

I know that personality is influenced by both nature (genetics, biology, etc.) and nuture (life experiences), but which do yall think has a bigger impact on personality?
