These beers have become so popular of late that customers have begun encountering rather long waits for tables and service. The proprietor of the Sippin' Statistician is concerned that these waits are leading to increasingly dissatisfied customers, and it is your task to help this proprietor explore this issue.

The file Summer 2018 Exam 1 Data Q1 contains 20,000 randomly sampled customers for whom the following measures were taken:

Overall satisfaction on a scale of 1 (Extremely Dissatisfied) to 100 (Extremely Satisfied)

Sex (Male or Female)

Wait time (in minutes)

The bitterness (in International Bittering Units) of the beer that customer ordered

You have been assigned a particular set of 150 observations to conduct your analyses. Do whatever you think is called for to inform the proprietor of what these data might say regarding customer satisfaction and influences on it.
