Data Exercise

Sali just completed a study by collecting data from high school students regarding their competence in mathematics using a survey. Sali collected this data from 437 students using a pre-existing survey. As Sali used a pre-existing survey, she is not sure how reliable were the statements in the survey capturing the information about mathematics competence of students. Please conduct the necessary test to test the reliability of math competence statements. The data from the study are available in the attached AEE 521 Data Exercise 9.sav file.

Conduct the appropriate statistical test at α= .05 using SPSS. Please conduct descriptive analysis and appropriate statistical test statistics analysis. When you are submitting the assignment, please provide write-up (should include description of results and interpretation of findings), SPSS output, and SPSS syntax from your analysis.
