Case analysis "Yonyou".

You have been asked to prepare a report. In doing so you should address the following aspects:

1. What is the market condition of the management software industry? What is Yonyou's market position?

2. What strategic decisions have caused Yonyou's past success? Are they still viable post 2013?

3. What were the external and internal conditions in 2012 that caused Yonyou's transformation?

4. How did Yonyou's business model change? How did Yonyou's stakeholders' role change?
