A nylon string on a tennis racket is under a tension of 290 N. If its diameter is 1.18 mm, by how much is it lengthened from its untensioned length of 35.5 cm?

A 14.9 cm long tendon was found to stretch 3.50 mm by a force of 15.0 N. The tendon was approximately round with an average diameter of 8.22 mm. Calculate the Young's modulus of this tendon.
