Consider the system where the neutral and ground wires are bonded at the customer's side. Assume that the neutral wire from the utility has a resistance of 2Ω; the neutral wire is grounded at the source side where the ground resistance is 15Ω. The chassis of the equipment at the load side is grounded through a ground rod whose resistance is 30Ω. Assume the equipment draws a current of 15A; compute the voltage on the chassis.
