Sketch the 4-resistor bias network for an amplier with an n-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET, with R1 = 1Mohm ; R2 = 1:5Mohm ; RD = 75kohm ; Rs = 39kohm ; K = 25microA/V2 ; VDD = 10V and Vto = 1V.

a) Compute the Thevenin equivalent circuit of the bias circuit attached to the gate. `

b) Assuming the transistor is operating in the saturation region, nd the Q-point values of vGS, iD and vDS.

c) Now add a signal source, effectively turning this into a source-follower circuit.

d) Sketch the small-signal equivalent circuit for the amplier in (c).
