6% Preferred stock, P100 par value, 15,000 shares authorized, 8,000 shares issued and outstanding P 800,000

Common stock, P5 par value, 200,000 shares authorized,

100,000 shares issued and outstanding 500,000

Additional paid in capital 1,000,000

Retained earnings 276,000

Treasury shares -

Total stockholders' equity P2,576,000

Additional information: Dividend in arrears is for two years

Required -

1. Compute the book value per share for two classes of stock, assume that the preference share has no dividend in arrears.
