Write down program to print payroll report. Staffs are paid based on working hours per week, plus a commission. The charges are as follows:

Basic pay is computed based on working hours per week. The pay rate is fixed at RM80 per hour.
A commission is 5% of the basic pay.

Compute basic pay; then add in commission to give gross pay and show gross pay amount. Used defined constant for all of your constants.
