Given two masses, m1 = 18 kg and m2 =12 kg, m1 is moving with avelocity v1 colliding with m2, which is suspended by a string of length 7 m. The two masses are stuck together as the result of thecollision. The compound system swings to the right, passes point Bas shown in the figure, and stops at the horizontal level. The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s2. Find the kinetic energy K of the compound system immediately after the collision.
