Select one Case Study created by your peers. You can find the case studies under content in Brightspace.

Each Case Manager will complete a Behaviour Plan that will outline a minimum of three detailed behaviour strategies identified during the course. A Behaviour Plan Template will be provided as a guide (See Appendix C).

You will have received a Case Study and Observational Data from another team. Your role as the Case Managers will be to complete a Behaviour Plan that will be forwarded to the Case Owners. The Behaviour Plan design can be one of the samples identified during your course work or one your team researches. I have attached the NB IBSP if you choose to use that.

Ensure you provide the minimal content:
- Identify potential triggers that may be contributing to the behaviour(s).
- 5 strategies to address challenging behaviour(s) with details on how to implement each
- Ensure you provide direct and indirect strategies
- Identify strategies that the Case Owner can implement to track the child's progress
- Include the role of family and other collaborators
