Question
A major aspect of cultural competence is developing critical self-reflection skills. Critical self-reflection is a culturally competent practice that positions practitioners with the ability to recognize and respond to the influence of power, privilege, and oppression within client interactions.
How were personally impacted by issues of power, privilege, and oppression. Upon consideration of the person-in-environment perspective (PIE), demonstrate how they can identify 1-their strengths, 2- select personal domains youwnt to enhance, and 3-conceptualize implications of their behavior upon clients from different cultural backgrounds.

If you would like to change any of your behaviors, what behaviors would you like to change? What do you believe is the best method for you to change your behavior?
