Students are required to carefully read the case "Costing and Cost Sheet - Analyzing the Costs at Gopal Catering Services" that is posted on the LMS. You will need to use your own assumptions of quantity of food produced during the year (for example per kilogram) or the number of customers served during the year in order to calculate the cost unit:

1. Examine the impact of cost attribution and cost dynamics on the company's leadership to address the cost unit.

2. Choose three theoretical models/frameworks that addresses the reduction of food waste costs that can help company's leadership in taking decisions in the future.

3. The company plans to produce new standardized therapeutic diet meals in addition to their current menu. By applying the incremental analysis, produce two scenarios where you can demonstrate when the new diet meal can be produced and when it can be dropped.
