Assignment Objective

Part 1) To enhance students' skills in evaluating and critically analyze ERP system and its component.

Part 2) To enhance students' skills in critical review of the different issues and challenges faced by companies while implementing ERP system.

Assignment Tasks
1) Submit a work proposal for this assignment or before 11/06/20 (23:59) which must include:
• Understanding of deliverables - a detail description of deliverables.
• General overview of proposed plan - initial understanding of solution to task2, 3 and 4.
• Timeline for completion of the given tasks.
The work proposal must be submitted in a word file through the link available in Moodle.

Case - ERP Implementation in Sony Corporation

2) Read the Case Scenario given in this assignment and answer the following questions:

a. Critically evaluate the ERP system and its components used by Sony Corporation.
b. Critically review the issues and challenges faced by Sony Corporation while implementing ERP system.

3) Make a research on at least two latest ERP technologies available now in the market to manage SCM and logistics operations. Based on your research you must design a poster to showcase (Advertise) two technologies you selected. The following details are excepted in the poster:
• Title of the poster, Introduction and objectives
• Comparison between two technologies in terms of features and functionalities, business benefits and price.
• Rationale/Reason in choosing the technologies.
• References.
