A mass of 8 kg lies on a horizontal surface with friction, initially at rest. The coefficient of static friction is 1.46 and the coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.55. One force of 32 Newtons is applied to it upwards (in +y direction). If a force is applied parallel to the surface (in +x direction), what is the minimum force needed to begin to move the mass? Answer in Newtons.
