Assignment - Written Report - The objective of this assignment is to assess your understanding of ICT project management concepts and your proficiency in using various ICT project management skills. In particular, the assignment focuses on the following project management knowledge areas in the PMBOK:

- Project integration management,

- Project quality management,

- Project human resource management,

- Project communication management,

- Project risk management,

- Project procurement management, and

- Project stakeholder management.

The top management of your selected organization has approved your project plan document and they have now asked you to provide a professional report on the strategic aspects of the project by covering the following.

1. Given the nature of this project, identify and justify the potential ethical issues that may arise within this project. (one-page maximum).

2. Provide a set of recommendations as to how the project integration can be managed. (two-pages maximum).

3. Develop a high-level document that outlines how quality planning affects project scope management. such as the Seven Basic Tools of Quality, statistical sampling, Six Sigma, and testing could help improve the quality of the project. (two-pages maximum).

4. In the context of this project, with justification, come up with a communication and team management plan you will use for distributing project information and the advantages and disadvantages of each plan.

Discuss the importance of addressing individual communication needs, and the number of communications channels in a project. (two-pages maximum).

5. Given the nature of this project there are potential sources of risk in this project. Define, a means of identifying them and a plan to manage/mitigate their impact on the entire project success. (two-pages maximum).

6. Produce a detailed stakeholder management risk matrix with stakeholder expectations and the management of any risks identified. (two-pages maximum).

7. In the context of this project, justify the importance of procurement and describe the work involved in planning procurements for this project, including determining the proper type of contract to use and prepare a procurement management plan, statement of work, and source selection criteria. (two-pages maximum).

8. Provide a document identifying who the stakeholders for this project are. The document must also include the process of managing these stakeholders and ways of engagement and how to use an issue log effectively. (two-pages maximum).

9. Provide an implementation plan detailing time, cost and resource schedules. This is a project management document and you must fully demonstrate your skills in presenting a project management plan. (two-pages maximum).

10. Provide a comprehensive post-implementation plan. (one-page maximum).

11. Provide a Recommendation & Conclusion with supporting arguments. (half-a-page maximum).
