This program was performed by a Blue Bus which contained a highly and adequate medical equipment inside from

In 1987, Paul Simon started a first idea for establishing a program to give these children the essential health service. After that, this program was expanded over 40 state of U.S.

Recommendation

The CHF was established and works within the mission of providing comprehensive healthcare to the nation's most medically underserved children, from birth to the age of 24. Though they have faced several problems, especially with MMC program. They did not have national network in deep rural areas, the expensive overall cost for every mobile clinic with nearly $500,000 and other numerous problems.

However, the supports from these organizations should be maintained because in the US, particularly, there are still kids whose parents are very poor and they do not afford to access necessary medical care. Therefore, these programs will open new opportunities for them to take care of themself and their children. Then, with the establishments of HPSAs, it helps to remove the constraint for low-income and homeless people in New York and other areas. Moreover, to support primary care, the US government, citizens and healthcare institutions need to continue to remain and develop the programs, like Practice Management System (PMS) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR). And finally,CHF in general, and Mobile Health Clinics in particular, need to be ensured that they are provided: network availability and reliability; data security; easy to use with zero on-site support; inexpensive to deploy and operate; network throughput and latency.

Implications

Mobile Medical Clinics at the Children's Health Fund are also supported by several things. For example IT, transportation for moving to remote areas, technique for technical devices in checking health because it would be more effective and correct in catching patient's health condition. Moreover, training doctors help enhance the quality and experience of every doctor who is responsible for medical examination. Besides that, 3G or 4G service helps MMC can update patient's data easily.
