Question

Children and adults have significant physical, mental, and developmental distinctions. When compared to children or toddlers, grownups are much more effective at communicating with nurses. A set of inquiries concerning the client's health and health history is frequently required during the physical examination. Adults are much more ready to answer all of the nurse's inquiries, but children are less willing to speak to strangers, therefore their guardians are questioned regarding their health history (Parrish et al., 2020). The basic goal of the physical examination is to discover and collect all of the necessary data from the clients.
