Julian, 18 years old, came for consult due to nausea & vomiting which occurred about six hours prior to admission. The patient also complained of feeling of weakness of his forehead muscles (he is unable to lift his eyebrows) and he noticed that his eyelids were starting to droop. On further interview, it was elicited that he ate canned corned beef the day before.

QUESTIONS:
